Made from high density neoprene, our Helix Knee Sleeves are designed to provide knee stability, increased support and warmth through your intense squat workouts.

Key Notes

DO NOT SIZE DOWN. Due to the sturdy material, we're not responsible for any ripping and or tearing of sleeves due to sizing down from sizing guide or mis-usage of product including forcing on sleeves or excessive tug and pull. If there are any difficulties putting on sleeves, you will need to size up. If you need help with sizing, please contact us for assistance.

Return/Exchange Policy

We have a return/exchange policy period of 15 days, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. 

Key Notes:

  • The product must be new, clean and unworn.
  • The product must be returned in original condition and in original packaging (tags & bags).
  • Products may be tried on for sizing, but not used for a workout. 
  • All returns and or exchanges must be requested, processed and approved via email.
  • Items returned not in new condition (chalk, dirt, pet hair etc) or without original packaging will be subjected to a 20% restocking/cleaning fee or issued partial store credit.
  • There is a maximum limit of 1 exchange per order. If you exchanged a product once and would like second exchange, you can return for refund and place a new order for the desired item.

If your product(s) do not pass inspection, you will be denied a return/exchange and we reserve the right to dispose of the item. We will notify you of the denial return/exchange and provide photo evidence as well as an explanation pertaining to the reason of denial. 

Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process the inspection. You will be notified once your return has been approved and refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at GoHelixTeam@gmail.com.

International Returns/Exchange 
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges for our international customers. Returns for refund or store credit are accepted given the item passes inspection. As above, your item must in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt and will be approved at our discretion. Items returned not in new condition (chalk, dirt, or damaged) or without original packaging will be subjected to a restocking fee or issued partial store credit.

Damaged goods policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damaged item upon inspection will be denied a refund and will be shipped back to customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

International Shipping

All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes that vary depending on the destination country. You may have an option to prepay the taxes or pay them once you receive your order.

Duties are not included in the shipping cost. Failure to pay the customs fees/import duties will lead to a failed delivery and disposal of the goods. In the event that your order is disposed of, we are unable to offer a refund.
